Explanations from vapers of why they like V2 Cigs often include a note on their starter kits. Vapers have so much choice: from a 1-battery bundle to a package with all the extras you could hope for.
V2 Cigs Starter Kits
They carry 10 starter kits if you count 4 EX upgrades on their own.
Begin with 6 Classic choices: Beginner, Standard E-Liquid, Standard, Standard Plus, Couples, and Ultimate. The last 4 can be adjusted to include EX Series batteries and cartridges.
Beginners Kit
No other mini kit is quite like this one. You get one battery plus a disposable e cig and 6 cartridges instead of the usual 2.
Then again, other 1-battery packages are half the price. Six cartridges supply extra practice at changing refills and the disposable e cig offers a way to vape between charging periods. I recommend a 2-battery kit.
Standard Kits
Each of the "Standard" bundles contains 2 batteries and a charging kit which consists of 1 USB charger and 1 AC Wall Adapter.
Both the Standard and Standard Plus also come with 10 cartridges, but the latter contains a portable charging case as well. PCCs allow vapers to charge batteries on the go when they haven't got access to a car charger or USB port of some kind.
The Liquid version comes with 3 blank cartridges and 2 bottles of V2 Cigs e liquid instead of cartridges. Prices are $62.22 for the Standard, $103.73 to add a PCC, and $82.97 with e liquid.
Couples Kit
This is essentially two Standard Kits combined. Vapers benefit from buying Couples Kits in two ways: one is that partners instantly have the equipment to switch over to vaping together; the other is extra savings.
Doubling the price of a Standard package would bring you to $124.44 but a Couples Kit costs $119.30: less than double. You don't have be married or in a relationship to take advantage and own extra pieces for a later date or to stash in multiple locations.
Ultimate Kit
This is the one package that contains a bunch of extra things whereas the others vary a 2-battery theme. Here you have 3 batteries, 25 cartridges, an XL PCC, carry case, power-cig, and car adapter.
The Ultimate Kit is priced $155.62.
Variations in the Market Place
A number of other companies such as South Beach Smoke and Nuvocigs gradually enlarge their kits. First, you get 2 batteries and a charging set.
Next, they add a car adapter. After that comes the PCC kit or a USB-cigarette.
I like that one can climb the scale $20 at a time to enjoy small additions, always beginning with 2 batteries and a $50 starting point or less. Many other firms (like Halo, Green Smoke, and Vaporfi) don't possess the accessories to make this happen or their starter kits are particularly limited.
V2 Cigs offers a lot of choices and their prices aren't bad overall, but if you bought a Standard Plus Kit and added just a case or a USB-cig yourself, the price would be high. If V2 Cigs would supply incrementally larger bundles and slightly lower prices, their starter kits couldn't be beaten.
Be sure to use a V2Cigs.com promo code for starter kits and that will save you some nice money, especially with a few purchases over time!
Adding to the Kit
It doesn't take long before cartridges run out of juice and replacements are necessary. While starter bundles aren't the cheapest around (as you are paying for quality), V2 cartridges are priced below average at $10.33 for 5. They also supply 12 flavors: 3 tobacco and 3 menthol plus 6 gourmet options.
Then, if you are willing to commit to several weeks of vaping a certain flavor, it's possible to cut prices and buy bundles of cartridges for a lower price. By switching to EX blanks (which are compatible with Classic batteries), you can choose e liquid (also in 12 flavors plus some Zig Zag e liquid options) and continue to reduce the cost of vaping.
